    Terrible I no its a coffee shop but you are in Scotland learn how to make a proper cuppa tea. Handing someone a cup a water and a pishy tea bag at +£2 a pop

    Occasionally very slow service and the toilet facilities are terribly dirty. Staff are incredibly kind though. It would be better if the shop itself were larger, as it cannot compete with Pret a manger in terms of space...
